You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our website implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.



Office Spot agrees to sell and the Customer agrees to buy the goods ordered through Office Spot.



By placing the order for goods through Office Spot you are deemed to accept the terms and conditions of sale.


All prices Include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stipulated.

Office Spot may amend their pricing schedule at any time with out notice prior accepting your order.

Any pricing discounts discussed between the Seller and Customer is confidential and is not to be discussed between any other party.

All prices are in NZ Dollars unless otherwise stipulated.



Payment for Goods and Services shall be made in full before they will be dispatched unless agreed upon by the seller or a Trade account has been set up prior to order.

On trade accounts we can impose a credit limit on you at any time and alter it at our discretion with effect from the date that we notify you of such change. If you exceed your credit limit, we can refuse to supply goods to you.

Payment cannot we withheld or any deductions made from any amount you owe us without our prior written consent.

Purchased made and selected to pay Direct credit, must be completed within 3 working days or the order will be deemed uncompleted by Office Spot and cancelled.



Where we agree to transport the goods to a specified place, we will deliver, or arrange delivery of, the goods to that place. Except where otherwise agreed, you will pay for all resulting transportation costs.

Any time stated for delivery is an estimate only. Office Spot agrees to use the best possible delivery service to ensure goods are delivered in a timely and safe manner, however Office Spot shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations if the cause of he delay or failure is beyond its control. No claim shall be made by you on account of late shipment

Dispatch and delivery may be delayed if the customer selects the incorrect Delivery option or fails to provide correct delivery information

Upon receipt of goods, it is the responsibility of the Customer to check that goods are received in good condition. Any damage to packaging or goods must be notified by email to Office Spot within 24 hours of receipt of Goods. No credit for damaged Goods will be accepted if the Customer does not notify the Seller within this time period and/or the Goods have been signed for in good condition.

All freight charges shall be at your cost unless otherwise agreed and stated.

The Goods and Services remain at the Seller risk until delivery to the Customer.

Delivery of Goods and Services shall be deemed complete when the Seller gives possession directly to the Customer or carrier, courier or other bailee for purposes of transmission to the Customer.

Where Office Spot delivers the Goods and Services to the Customer by installments and The Seller fails to deliver or supply one or more installments the Customer shall not
have the right to cancel the contract.


Warranty & Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.

We are happy to exchange your goods, provided the following conditions are met.

No claim relating to the Goods and Services will be considered unless Goods are returned within fourteen (14) days of the date of the original invoice.

Non-faulty product will not be accepted for return by the Seller without prior approval of the Seller. All goods must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, and may be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.

Return Freight will be at the cost of the customer.

Products in the Seller’s price list, which are non-stock kept units (i.e. custom-made goods), will be accepted for return and no credit will be approved. This also includes products manufactured or imported to the Customer’s specifications and non-standard sizes and/or finishes.

Any freight charges on the original invoice will not be credited.

Where Goods signed for by the Customer, or where the Goods are directly delivered by the Seller to a third party on the Customer’s behalf and signed for by the third party as received in an undamaged condition those Goods cannot later be returned to the Seller as being received in a damaged condition.

Faulty goods will be subject to the normal return procedures for the specific brand being returned and we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Office Spot does not provide any warranty that the Goods and Services are used for any purpose other than the designed purpose for which they are required by the Customer and shall not be Liable if they are not.


Repairs & Replacements

Office spot will do there best to assist with repairs and replacement parts for goods where possible however we do not guarantee that repair facilities and parts will be available for the goods. We will not be liable to repair or replace any defective goods and at our own discretion we may notify the manufacturer of the goods of any defect notified by you and request the manufacturer to repair or replace any defective goods.


Quotes & Special Orders

Office Spot is more than happy to provide quotes for Goods and Services, using the following terms.

Unless otherwise agreed the quotation shall be valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue and acceptance of quotes must be supplied in writing before the goods will be ordered and/or delivered

The quotation shall be inclusive of Goods and Services Tax unless specifically stated to the contrary.

The Seller reserves the right to alter the quotation because of circumstances beyond Its control prior to quote acceptance.

Where Goods and Services are required in addition to the quotation the Customer agrees to pay for the additional cost of such Goods and Services.

When custom made Goods or Services are manufactured and manufacture of the Goods have commenced, the order cannot be cancelled and payment must be made in full on the due date.


Use of Information

You agree that we (or other members of our group of companies) may obtain information about you from you or any other person (including any credit or debt collection agencies) in the course of our business, and you consent to any person providing us with such information.

You agree that we may give any information we have about you relating to your credit worthiness to any other person, including any credit or debt collection agency, for credit assessment and debt collection purposes.

You must notify us of any change in circumstances that may affect the accuracy of the information you provided to us or our group of companies. (If you are an individual, i.e. a natural person, you have rights under the Privacy Act 1993 to access and request the correction of any personal information that we hold about you).

No Liability

We shall not be liable for any delays or failure in complying with any obligation imposed on us under any contract or for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss of profits, data or damage) as claimed by you.

Should any liability in relation to this agreement (or the goods supplied under this agreement) be imposed on Unisys for any reason, our total liability to you is limited to the price of those goods and services supplied by us to which the liability relates.

We will not, in any case, be liable for any consequential or special damages, including loss of business profits.

If we are unable to provide our obligations under the terms of this agreement by reason of strike, lock-out, riot, industrial action, fire, storm, operation of law or other cause beyond our control, then we are released from our obligations under this agreement.


You hereby indemnify and will keep us indemnified against all obligations and liabilities incurred by an act or omission by you in relation to this agreement.


The Seller shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations if the cause of the delay or failure is beyond its control.
